A class designed to increase your ability as a dancer through conditioning workouts for strength and lengthy stretching for flexibility. The class also dives into advanced multi-style choreography, to broaden your ability to be a versatile dancer.

Tuesdays 6:30-8:00

Open to members of the Training Company , Civic Ballet and advanced intermediate dancers by invitation.
