Pointe Conditioning is specially designed to build strength, flexibility and control in your legs, ankles, and feet to meet the challenge of POINTE shoes. This class will also focus on the stabilizing muscles in your core & turnout. This class will help with ALL types of dancing, pointe included! Pointe Conditioning is for dancers Elementary 3 & Up, and also adults! 

Pointe/ Pre-Pointe is for Intermediate & Up dancers who are beginning their pointe training as well adult dancers who are either working on their pointe training or looking for a challenge .  May be taken in soft shoes if you do not have your pointe shoes, are new to pointe, or dancers who are en pointe and wish to strengthen technique.
